We wanted to look at as many houses as we could and Jason was always available to show us a house and was very open to us about whether the house was a good fit for us or not. His knowledge of Northeast Seattle is very exstensive, and he was always sensitive to our schedule, priorities, and budget. Our two children often accompanied us on our home tours. Jason gave them attention which allowed us to focus on the house and made the house buying experience enjoyable for the kids. He helped us to buy a house we love!

Jason also listed and sold our home. He helped us find a staging company and provided recommendations for us on what we should do to make our house appealing to more people. Jason was creative, worked hard at selling our house, and conducted many open houses.

Dear Jason,

Two months ago we were introduced to what we now know as the "Gold Standard of Real Estate Agents". His mission as described seemed uncomplicated, "Sell our current residence and assist us in purchasing a condominium, preferable within Fairway Estates. At no time fo we want to own or have interest in two houses." From the paperwork involved, in retrospect the transactions were about as complicated as the design and manufacturing of a Boeing 787.

Your first visit set the tone for our relationship over the next weeks. The wisdom of your suggestions must have been correct because in two days we had a buyer.

Jeanette and I especially appreciated your organization of administrative matters as we proceeded towards closings. The fact that we were able to close early with both sale and condo purchase is singularly attributable to your efforts. We had the impression that there were just us to occupy your time although we knew better.

Your recommendation on various support people was fabulous. Rug purchase, electrician, painter, Title Company and Inspector all followed your lead in pace and skill. There was no "buyers' remorse" on our part because we felt that you had provided the "best"

Last was your constant oversight of the process and to be on hand when we needed you (which was perhaps more than you knew). As the outcome of our relationship we would, and will, recommend you without reservation to anyone having the need for an especially effective Realtor.
